Not Phil Coburn farm which is in Newport. Perhaps a farm in Corinth.
I have pinned the correct location. The property looks much the same today, but Google does not list whose farm it is. McGregor Mill?
This farm is in Corinth it was established in 1948 by the late G.Elwell Hicks sr, it is on the beans Mills road and now owned by to Terry Hicks the name of the farm now is The G.E. Hicks Dairy Farm.

I do My hunband is Terry Hicks the owner he took the farm over from his Dad. In the 1980s we have a color print of this picture framed in our office 😊
