This was my grandparents house, Martin & Ruth Hancock. My uncle, Benny Hancock, lived here until he passed in 2021. Our family still holds the property. The big barn and smaller outbuildings were torn down in the late 90s/early 2ks. Some of the pecan trees have been stuck by lightning and taken down. There's a large shop building on the west side of the property that {I believe} got built in the 90s because we used to play out in it as kids. House is still there.
