NOT KERN COUNTY, but Fresno.Buildings here demolished around 2015. Exit at bottom (Princeton Ave) closed around same time and on-ramp at top (Shields Ave) closed shortly thereafter. Likely for the high-speed rail that we'll be extinct before it's ever completed.
