My sister Dixie Finan and I grew up on this farm on the 9ft Road next to the RR tracks. When we were there 1960-1970, the front line of stables were not there and the fenced area was one big Arena for training our horses. The old barn was over 300 yrs old when it along with the house were demolished by the Government. The Farm house was a two story, 4 bedroom (two houses joined together). We raised and broke horses there for 10 years, my last 2 years of Elementary school to graduating as the last class of Greenwood High School in 1968. We were there 60-70. This is great to see.
