This is Faith Farm Ministries, a rehabilitation center for alcoholics and drug addicts. This picture shows the church. And yes, that was a skating rink to the right of it. The church used to have Sunday School for many of the migrant farmworkers children and they built a skating rink for the kids to use after someone donated dozens of pairs of roller skates.
