I grew up on this dairy farm located 9 miles north of Greenville on the Red Ball Trail. My father was killed on this farm in an accident in 1961. I lived there until 1971. In the past 40 years, the house burnt down, the machine shed was blown down in a tornado, the barn deteriorated and was torn down along with the silos, bins and rear hayshed. Today, the only original structure left is the milk house located on the front of the barn.
