This looks like the old tavern at the south end of the village, when you turned off the highway onto the main road thru. I think the name was Speith's Tavern. I would get dimes to play the shuffle board while my dad had a drink.

What did your Dad like to drink? Is this building still there today?

Seagram and 7Up. It's been a few years since I drove thru Old Ripley, if I remember right I believe the building is gone, the concrete foundation was still there. A lot less buildings than when i was growing up there in the 60s.
