Philo, Illinois. We are looking SW at the intersection of Champaign County Road 900 N, #18, and Illinois State Route 130. There’s a Dog n Suds in the SW corner, along with a Gulf gas station in the NW corner. This area is completely different today. About the only remaining place is the small building located at the bottom of the picture.
