Right around this time (1966), grandpa and grandma Bess purchased this part of the now Little Reds Woods farm. Only two buildings remain: barn closest to the bottom right corner, and barn closest to top left corner (facing the lane). I remember the house and outhouse, as do my dad and uncle who helped grandpa tend to the cattle after the corn field turned pasture.
