This was Windy and Marie Dickson's farm. The barn did burn down. Crown bought the property and the house had been taken down. All the buildings are now gone.
The house on the left is located at 29280 N. US Hwy. 12 just south of Case Rd. and north of Wauconda in Wauconda Township. For a period of time, the Wauconda Rodeo was held just to the right of the barn before it was eventually relocated to the southwest corner of Case Rd. and Rte. 12.
