I grew up in this house. Part of Red Top Farms on Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville IL. It's all gone now, strip malls, houses and businesses.....

My grandfather Gust Johnson worked on this farm, and in fact I think my dad fell out of the hayloft as a kid there even. Safety restrictions were pretty different back then ;) If I remember right, he was later a chauffeur for the owners after an accident on a tractor that bumped him off of it into the field. Never heard him complain about it though. I don't know the exact timeframe, am guessing this was in the 1940's though.
