The dark long narrow roof "h" shaped building is the Hillcrest Nursing center on Circuit Drive just north or Rolling (the street running diagonally left to right along the bottom of the picture.
The building to the right of center with all the cars around it is an electronic supply supplier, Midwest Printed Circuit Services. Guessing thats how the street was named "Circuit drive".

George Dadarien (Basic Electronics) developed Midwest Printed Circuit Services from Grayslake (IL 21-83 at Center Street), then leased the Roliins Road frontage to Burger King. Visionary.
