This location was the second location of the Wauconda Rodeo located on Rte. 12 on the west side of the highway north of N. Old Rand Rd. The rodeo began in 1963 at the American Legion Post 911 property located on Main St. In 1971, the above property was a new location on 10 acres with seating for 5,000 attendees. By 1991, the rodeo was moved again to just north of this property to the property immediately north off of Case Rd. in Wauconda Township. Most of the farm buildings do not exist today.
