Today it's Wasz's Marine, they winterize/store boats, maybe repair them too.

You mean the small garage(42178 N, Lake) ACROSS Lake ave from Waz's was rebuilt. Waz'z looks exactly like it did when it was Phillips 66 except no gas pumps today.
