Runyard farm on the Northwest corner of Route 59 and Beach Grove Road, across the street from Emmons School (bottom right). Ida Runyard taught school at Emmons when it was a one room school. She would bring water from the farm for the students. All these structures were razed long ago.

I graduated Emmons Grade School in 1976. Denise Gross was a classmate and lived in this home at that time.
