It's been 57 years since we lived there so we really don't know what the farm is like today. The farm in this picture is pretty much as it was in 1961-62, when we live there. We moved from there, back to Indiana, to work in the Animal Science Dept. at Purdue University. It was a modern dairy farm then, (featured in Farm Journal twice), milking about 100 cows. The herd was sold a couple years later. Jack Albright, Dairy Professor at the U of I, would bring dairy classes to the farm. The farm was owned by Laurens Cook of Decatur, at that time.
