I purchased this house in the spring of 2014. My Great Great Grandfather Buckley helped build it. This sears and roebuck home was built around 1916. However, the South room on the home is not part of the pre-fabricated home. It sits on a different foundation and I believe it to be built on the pre 1900s. The old garage is now replaced with a 30×60 garage/pole barn. I recycled the foundation of the old livestock barn to make a smaller goat barn. I plan to expand that barn when the time is right
