My parents Donn & Marguerite Johnson purchased this property in 1960 from Herb Snell and his wife, dad fixed up the small house on the left for rental property and added three trailer spaces and updated the store bldg with an apartment in the back. My dad did this because he new he didn't have much longer to live, bad heart, and mom would have income property and be able to take of my brother & myself. My Uncle Arthur & Aunt Ory Johnson owned & lived in the house on the left side of the property, again the property was sold in mid to late 70's.
