1/2 mile north of 15th ave, on the west side of US 67. Martin and Mary Stephenson family farm. They moved to Monmouth early 1978. the farm was purchased by Ben and Chad Randall the previous fall. Ben lived there until 1990. Chad and family lived there until 2000. Crib/grainery at center is gone.
