Frank (deceased March 1966) & Gertrude (deceased 1993) Fisher farm. Looking towards the East. My father, Robert (deceased 1999) operated the farm at that time. This was likely my fathers first crop after my grandfather died that spring. (He farmed for my grandmother). Noticeable differences: The rows are running east/west. They were changed to north/south a few years after this. The large silver maple trees hiding the house are gone. Grandmother took the revenue from her coal rights in the late 70's and replaced them with sugar maple and ash trees. Those trees are almost as large today as these were then!
All of the building except the east shed remain. A grain bin was added south of the east shed in 1976. An addition bin was added in the mid 80s. The house and buildings were sold in 2012. I still operate the farm for my family.

Additional - The cotton wood tree on the far right, remains to this day. the base is aprox 3 feet across.
