I spent my summers at this farm. My Grandparents Harold and Ona Daniel farmsteaded or share croped the land around there. Sadly this farm burnt some time ago. Their nephew still keeps the lot mowed. What memories came flooding back. THANK YOU for sharing this.

Hi I grew up in Potomac Illinois but when my parents traveled with my three older brothers I'd get dropped off here. Loved every minute. My Grandparents were so loving and kind. When I was a kid many years ago we had to use our imaginations to entertain ourselves. Grandma was a wonderful cook. Grandpa was so much fun as well. Hopefully that is what you are looking for.
