The Bob Hill Packing Company on Perrysville Road near Griffin southeast of Danville.
My parents bought all their meat from Hill. Our driver was Abe Dreher. Today the property is overgrown and unusable. Our little grocery store was located in Rossville and closed by 1969.
Curious as to how long the Hill Packing Company was in business. I have a mechanical pencil from them. The phone numbers are 4 digits long. We used to have 3 & 4 digits numbers before changing to dial phone.
