My parents farmed this livestock farm in the early 1960's and this was the first house I lived in when born in 1962. In 1996 we bought a lot in a new subdivision that is not where the farm was and built a house we still raised our 4 kids in. Our house is between the old farm house and tall barn (all buildings were gone). We hit the foundation of the old house when digging our new foundation. The area to the east where the twin silo's are located is now the 16 acre Goodfield Village Park.
