I grew up at this farm.

My grandpa and grandma raised their four boys on this farm and then my dad and mom raised us four children their and now my brother lives there with his family.

The George Waibel homestead.

I am Sonia’s brother Bruce and am still living here. Our great grandfather Nicholas Waibel (George’s father) moved here from Fairbury Illinois in 1906. All 4 of us (Brent, Sonia, myself, and Duane) all still live within 6 miles of our “Home Place”. This farm became an Indiana 100 year
Heritage Farm in 2006.
