My Grandparents Sherman and Louise Said lived on this property from the late 60's to the mid 90's. The home is now lived in by their Great Grandson Christopher Chalfant and his wife. It is located on County Road 300. My Grandfather told me several times that the large dairy barn was moved to the location you see here from the back of the property. The wooded areas are much thicker now and a few of the buildings are gone or modified, but for the most part the property is the same.
