Wesley Manor retirement facility. It was built about the early 1960s as a Methodist retirement home. My grandmother, June (Palmer) Goff was an early resident. The flagpole in front was dedicated to the memory of her husband (my grandfather) Rev. Cecil Whitcomb Goff.
Hi there! Thank you for sharing the fascinating history of Wesley Manor retirement facility in Clinton County. It's amazing to hear about your grandparents' connection to it. We'd love to learn more about your memories or any other stories you might have from that time. Can you share any details or events from the early 1960s or anything interesting that has changed since this photo was taken in 1973?
My grandmother's last year in Wesley Manor was the year this photo was taken. I will consolidate my memories and share later.
