My parents rented this house from the time I was 10 yr old till I was 20 (1965). They moved into a brick house that they build approx 1.25 miles N of the this location. In 1978 they became owners of the house and surrounding 200 acres of land. In 1996, I bought the house barn and four acres and lived there for eight years prior to buying a new home 5 mi E. My sisters and I own the surrounding 196 acres. The house was build in 1874 across the road and approx 150 yrs west of it current location. It was moved to it current location around 1900.
