This was the home of my maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Mary Lautzenhiser, and was the home my grandfather shared with his second wife, Dorothy, after my grandmother passed away. It's located on the east side of State Road 427 southwest of Hamilton. The main part of the house, to the right (south), was built in 1956; the garage and breezeway room to the left was built around 1967-68.
