This farm was owned by Eva McElfresh Beaver in 1971. It was purchased by her son, James McElfresh and it is still owned by him. The barn has been torn down and there are no farm animals there now.

There is no outbuildings the house has be demolished in January 2020 and has a new house on the property to the south. The land around the house and driveway area has been purchased by Daniel and Mary Richmond (Jim Mcelfresh’s Granddaughter). The surrounding farmland is still owned by Jim Mcelfresh.
