That is my great-grandma's (Lelah Waterman) house. I remember summer family reunions here. My great-grandparents had 11 children here (Joy, June, Jean, Jerry, Jack,Joe, John, Julie, Janet, Jake, and Jane). My grandpa was Jack Waterman and I grew up about a half mile from this home on State Road 238. It used to be a beautiful red brick home with a separate summer kitchen building. After the farm was sold, new owners painted over the brick, but I still remember the beautiful interior and the tall doors that had a window pane above them that would tilt out and the old "skeleton key" locks on the interior doors.

My Grandparents house!
