This is what used to be the farm owned by Moses and Theresa Sewell before their passing. After that, it was kept in their family and then donated to the church next door for use as a parsonage. My wife and I purchased it from the church in late 2012.
A lot has changed since 1984. Most of the old Silver Maples that surrounded the house had been removed prior to our purchasing of the property and I removed the rest of them in 2014 along with two decrepit blue spruce which can be seen here as saplings in the center frame. They've all been replaced with Sugar Maple, Chinquapin Oak, Southern Magnolia, or Horsechestnut. There's no evidence of the white barn anymore although it has a twin at the farms east and west of here.
The house and most likely the barn were built in 1923 by George Delmar "Heck" Bennett who moved to the Honeytown area from Charleston, West Virginia and made quite a name for himself as a carpenter/construction contractor.
