This was the house and farm I grew up on. In 2001 a tornado came through. The corn cringe on the left was taken away by the tornado and was never found. The shed to the right of it, which years ago was an old school house was also taken in that storm. The barn to the right of the shed was also hit by the tornado. The hay mow was filled with hay and the entire barn collapsed on top of my dad's Belgian draft horses, killing his favorite horse. The tree on the right side of the house was totally uprooted. My dad and his Amish friends rebuilt a very nice barn.

Since that time, my dad has passed and this farm was sold. While the new owners were trying to move the garage, it collapsed. The new owners also built onto the house and now has been partially vinyl sided. The farms dies not look at all like it once did. There are a lot of great memories on this farm.
