This is Wheeler's Truck Stop also previously known as Scotty's Inn. The served breakfast, lunch and dinner until some time in the late 80's or early 90's and has now closed.
It was still abandoned in 2018. According to google there seems to be a new business in that main building. (The only one still standing)
It is now Mercantile 37, a friend owns it, cool shop and restaurant
