This was my parents, Gerald and Patricia McLallin farm. I was born in 1966 when this picture was taken and I grew up here.

I am the oldest child of Gerald and Patricia McLallin. We moved into this home when I was 6 years old, 1950. The only thing left of the original farm are the two large trees on the right of the photo and a small brick building that was behind the house to the left. The barn and house were lost to fire. The other buildings were torn down.

I was exchange student at age 21 in 1976 and stayed for a marvelous summer there. The start of a long long friendship and many exchanges. My last visit to the new farm was shortly after the death of Patricia McKallin and then I was given a few symbolic souvenirs that are on display in my home in France
