my husbands parents moved into this house in 66'! the year of this picture! and they moved across the street in 73'
Now my husband and I live here! and the dark porch in front is white, the tall shag bark hickory tree in the front yard by the road is gone. the only barn and buildings left are the big barn on right side and the small milk house in-between the 2 big barns but it is white. the big barn is still the same color! needs painted, the silo on the east side of the big barn is gone. and so is the drive in the middle of the yard going around the big barn. there is a farm drive where the east side property line is in the pic. there are a few more trees now. we still keep the big right door on the big barn open like it is in this picture! the L shaped farm ground behind the buildings and west of the house is all planted to hay now.
