This was my Grandpa and Grandma Kinnison's farm. I spent a lot of time here over the years. Before my step grandfather got it, it was the original Tibbot place, one of the early settlers of Wawaka, though the original house burned. My grandfather built all the buildings seen. My grandfather Maurice Kinnison farmed and milked cows into his old age. Sadly in the 2000's there was a fire that caused a lot of smoke damage. I believe this was after my grandfather passed away in 2006 and the property was in the hands of one of his sons. They sold the property to a friend of mine who had to raise the house down to the subfloor and rebuild it with a slightly different floorplan. The shed in the background was torn down, and also the workshop. There is a new owner now.
