This is the Dr. Ralph Hartsough house, barn and farm property (~120 acres); This was his grandparents farm that passed to his father Ivan. The old farmstead and barn stood at the southwest corner of the intersection of Stanton Road with Oak Road. The original barn stood approximately at the location of the current barn. His sister Edith and husband owned 40 acres on the east side of Oak Road with their dwelling located about 1000 feet south of Stanton Road. I grew up on the next property (60 acres) to the west on the south side of Stanton Road ((frame number 7).
