The picture located in this property is in a 5 acre per lot housing edition, named Kipp Farm Road. The house that my parents built in 1984 and that I grew up in is located just to the northwest of this pictured property in an adjacent property back towards the turnaround. At the time, my parents house was the fourth house built, and the edition now has eight homes.
