I believe this is the Dutch Mill restaurant, a landmark in Bluffton, IN.

Yes, this was the famous Dutch Mill Restaurant on the banks of the Wabash River. Unfortunately, it burned down and was a total loss about 15 years ago I think. The owner did not rebuild. The city of Bluffton has since then used the lot to construct a magnificent city park. I'm now 64, and have never eaten better food than they served in their time.
