I believe this is the Don & Kathy Byerly Farm south of Truro, Ia at the corner of 195th & Shore St. He was born in this home. She came from Garden Grove, after HIgh School graduation - went to DSM to work for the phone company. Became friends with his sister and Don offered her a ride home one weekend and they lived here happily ever after. They have both since passed away and her Daughter Shelley owns it now. Several years ago we purchased their farm across the road.. Awesome friends & neighbors - I sure miss them.
