This is the Holbert Farm and the Oneida Consolidated School building after it had been closed as a school.

This is not the Holbert Farm, Tye bHolbert5t Farm was actually in Greeley.

Robert Fenstermann was referring to early Oneida when it was the Holbert farm. Our grandparents always referred to it as that. Land where the schoolhouse stood was obtained through condemnation proceedings from them and there was a great legal battle according an article in the Manchester Democrat newspaper, 12 Apr 1916.
