We purchased this acreage in 2003. A newer ranch home was built in 1979. Many of the outbuildings are gone. The large barn was lost due to a fire on January 30, 2005. We had the old 2 car detached garage and hog house torn down. The Corn Crib, Quonset building, and a couple other various buildings still stand today. When we had the rubble from the barn fire buried in 2005, we had the old cement feed bunk buried at that time also. The concrete silo pad still stands as the footings were still there after digging down over 20 feet, so that was not able to be buried with the feed bunk.

Kevin and Amy, thank you for sharing! It sounds like many things have changed since this photo was taken! It must have been a lot of work to deal with fires and tearing down old outbuildings too.
