This is the old Seth & Virginia Carris farm. Occupied by Seth, Virginia, and their son Keith, and daughters Linda and Diana, from 1948, until the mid-70's, after Seth passed away. His Widow, Virginia moved to Packwood proper, (north of this farm) and lived there until she passed on, in 1989. Seth and Virginia were my Grandparents. I spent Summers on this farm, as a child, and then at my Grandmother's house in Packwood. Today, the only structure of this farm remaining from this photograph, is the White sheet metal shed, with the open bay doors facing the road. House, barns and corncrib are all torn down and gone.

Hello Curtis,
Thank you; this is terrific information. Do you know what year the house was torn down?
