This is the Wiese farm. My father in law Delmar grew up here. August Wiese was his father. They raised cattle. The house, big barn, machine shed across the driveway and the small red barn to the east of the house are the only buildings still standing.
My grandparents also rented this farm for a few years when my dad was around 6 years old. Lots of family history here. My husband and I have been trying to buy this house for years but the lady who owns it won't sell. It's been sitting empty for over 10 years.
