Former Clinton Motel has since been removed and is the site of the new Ringgold County Sheriff's Office built in 2011.

The hospital in the background is being demolished and the house on the highway across from the hotel is no longer there.

The Clinton Motel was built in 1950, closed in 2005, removed in late 2006. The hospital was built in 1950-51, closed in 2009, removed in 2016.
