The farm was once owned by Evelyn Will then purchased in 1975 by Florian Hansen and ownership transferred to Ronald and Cathy Hansen a few years later. The farmstead was sold as an acreage in 1980. 35 years later, only the barn remains. The farmland continues to be owned by the Hansens and farmed by their son, Ryan Hansen.
