This is the Loyd Hughes farm one mile west and a mile and a half north of the west side of the road. This is a century farm as Sowers owned it but in the mid twentieth century George Roberts, and then Jeffery Jacobson lived here. The house has been torn down and a new one built in its place. A good sized machine shed has been built, north and south, behind where the three grain bins are.
