This is Lanyon Iowa across the street from the Covenant Church. Both are now gone. The little building is still there hidden by overgrown foliage.
The tiny bit of roof peak in the left lower corner is my grandparents house which is gone too.

Yes, so much has been. I’ve noticed that when people move out or the old timers die their houses are razed.
Grandparents house was burned down (to raze) in 1980s I think. Church razing was quite recent 2016. If you search for Lanyon Covenant Church there are articles and pictures of its history and ending.
