This place on Zeandale Rd belonged to Jim and Zelda Schroll. Jim built the house himself. When the picture was taken Mr Schroll ran a garbage collection business out of the barn. Jim and Zelda are deceased, but all three of their boys are still in the area. A landscape business owner has it now, and runs the business, called "Deep Roots", out of the barn.
