Dean Folsom farm on Fletcher Road in Monticello,Maine

Yes, and Melva's parents, Arnold and Claire Day lived in the house going into the driveway.

Arnold and Clara Day home. Their daughter Melva married Dean Folsom My mother and her cousin would take their sled and walk out the Fletcher Road to get Government Food which was distributed from the Day's home. They would fill they sled to as much as they could pull together and take it back to her cousin's home, where it was very much needed. Today, it is a bottle recycling drop off.Arnold was town manager at one time, taught school and was principal. He taught my grandmother and my brother, her eldest grandchild; a very long span of time.

Oops... this is not the bottle recycling drop off, Picture Number 26 is now the bottle recycling center. My bad.
